Otherwise, you run the risk of people tricking you (standing still and "pretending" to be afk), making your teammates mad (you let him live nub! %$&* you!), and losing your competitive edge my turning your mind into passive mode.

If it's a norm, unless he like dc'ed while attacking me, if he's just at his turret I'll generally just leave him be and I'll farm unless there's like nothing else to do and we need the extra boost, haha.
It doesn't happen often, but it's situational :P

I don't usually kill people when it's clear they've been disconnected unless it's a ranked game in which case I don't really care and gold is gold.
