He should be easily countered in lane by Fizz, pole the q, w to half his heal, huge damage when going in.
And if he goes in for the kill with highlander, it's easy to land the ult, pole under turret, w, q, profit.

Yea hard CC is his weakness but it's best to save an attack like that for when he's meditating, otherwise he will just pretty much heal to full hp

I'm so glad someone else is finally taking AP Master Yi seriously, because he is freaking awesome.
That said, early game both Alpha Strike and Meditate have extremely long cooldowns and without them ap Yi can't answer your harass at all. Wait for an Alpha, then move in immediately and get some hits on him. If you have mana, place your Nevermove where he will be popping out of the alpha strike and get some harass on him there.
Realistically though, if he is a smart Yi, you won't push him out of lane as Swain because you can't win the overall trade game. He has way too much sustain and can avoid you way too easily.

Otherwise, E+AA him. Wouldnt bother with combos - i've seen for myself just how much he can heal back up, it's ******ed to say the least. Making him heal compltely on 70% HP is better for you than if he uses it on 40%.
