This in not the best build for Singed, still voted +1 for the effort. And ad some BB code...

• Why would you start with Doran's Shield when you have a passive which synergies so well with Sapphire Crystal?
• Turn on require comment to vote to prevent trolls.
• Stacking RoA is not wise at all (sorry, I gotta tell you that)
• Why do you not take Mega Adhesive when it is such a strong slow?
• If you are going for a 'Assisting Mail Man', don't use singed. All he does is kite and walk away from the team late game, and he should be taking some kills (although he has very strong CC's from Fling and Mega Adhesive
• No matter what, take Ghost for Singed unless you are trying to troll.
• You don't need to level up Fling, as doing so will only increase your damage and not anything else (also, it increases mana cost)

I tried my best to help you, and I wish you don't get hurt by my words. I think it's a nice guide for a first time with summoner level being under 30. But you should be really making guides after reaching 30 and having experience in ranked queue :)

1) You need coding, images, etc
2) Ignine is a suboptimal choice. Ghost is much better.
3) You don't need 2 RoAs.
4) MPen Marks, Armor Seals, MRes Glyphs, and MS Quints are probably the best rune setup, with minor adjustments to whatever team you are playing against.
5) Max Poison Trail first, and get at least 1 point in Mega Adhesive early.
6) Mercury's Treads or Boots of Swiftness are much better choices, unless if you are getting stomped by ad carries.
7) Boots or a Sapphire Crystal are better starting choices.
8) Frozen Heart is much better for armor, and since you are a tank you want to get focused, so thornmail isn't really a wise choice.

The skill order.... Only take one point in Fling at level 1. You only need it for the CC, not for damage. Poison Trail is your main damage dealer which is why you max it out first. Learn how to BB Code from jhoijhoi's how to make a guide. too many big chunks of paragraphs..... -1
