Skill order:I like to rely on my shield mid game.Maybe I will try to do that.

Masteries:Yea,I really changed my style of gameplay and I'm not using this build anymore.I do use now 21/9/0.

Yeah, about other items,it was before.I played different Riven then. Now I play her different.

Skillorder: You give away a ****LOAD of damage because you do not max Broken Wings first. Honestly, take one point in Valor and get Broken Wings earlier.

Masteries: I also dislike the masteries: 9/21/0 on an extremely aggressive toplaner? 21/9/0 is the way to go in my eyes there.

Skills: NOWHERE mentioned how to maximize her damage.
Ou, sorry, I did not see this at first, because it was so small, even though it is the KEY to deal damage with her, but you described it wrong.
To maximize the damage, you have to cast 3 times a spell to get maximum stacks on Runic Blade, then autoattack, cast the next spell to get 3 stacks again and so on ;) just saying.

Items:
You will lack damage midgame when your build aims for Warmog’s Armor. Even after Warmog’s Armor and Atma’s Impaler you won’t have that much damage, there are better and more effective ways to maximize the damage and her tankyness.
My suggestion for the items after you got Hexdrinker:
Phage => Pickaxe => Chain Vest or Frozen Mallet => Maw of Malmortius => Bloodthirster => Guardian Angel

NOTE:
I dislike your “some other viable builds”-parts in each of your guide. You give tons of items in your basicbuild, but then you also add a ****LOAD of other items without mentioning why and when to get this items instead of the standardbuild you recommend.

I like this guide, I can see why you would build Riven like this. But if there is 1 thing I would disagree with, it is your combo. If you ask me, REWQQQ is not as effective as REQWQQ. This will stop them from escaping. And without your R, it should just be QWQQE or EQWQQ because the opponent wont realize hes being attacked when you use your first Q and then you can just stun him and finish off your combo.

Good job man, think this is your best build so far. I take Trinity Force ofc as a last item, since i think that Frozen Mallet is a bit overkill on CC and HP.

I like the build, already have a good handle on riven as she is my main, but i like to see what others are doing. i respectfully disagree with the skill order, however. i would say the normal harass combo for riven is QQQ for approach, then W to stun and E to dash out.

if you do the math then with this combo, even if you only land 2 of 3 Qs, it is better to lvl Q first and W afterwards. this is especially apparent by the time u max one of your skills (maxing Q first gives you 340 +1.7 bonus AD combo, maxing W first only gives 280). since there is no increased stun duration associated with lvling W it is more important to go with the dmg imo. i mostly use the E for the dash, so i level that last unless circumstances call for a stronger shield. but as a seasoned riven player i would say the shield isnt strong enough til late-game anyways.

once again, not saying you are wrong, just sayin what i have observed through

Allow me to disagree, at least with the skill order.

You certainly get more damage when you use your Q's if you level them first, and you will always use that skill throughout the game, so you have a point there. However, The reason I (and most people I think) level W > E > Q is purely CD based.

Riven is a classic melee caster; a silenced Riven is way less effective. That means if she is waiting a couple more seconds for Valor and/or Ki Burst she will lose damage, utility, and the ability to chase/flee from/lock down foes.

Broken Wings is her only skill whose cd doesn't decrease as you level it up, which makes it a last priority (although I always start with it when I'm not jungling).

...I think that this build gives her too little attack damage than she sould have at lvl 18
