If you ask me, bllodthirster stacking is the way to go on Riven. Try it out and you will see how tanky you will be withour buying "tanky" items.

As I said,you are free to edit the build as you wish . I do not build Riven on critical damage,so I do not use
It's a good start. Hope you can keep this through the entire build. If you do, it will definitely be worth an upvote. But right now, I feel it can go either way.
