WHo is the strongest counter to Irelia?

She would be bullied around rather hard by Rumble's sustained damage, also noting the fact that she is melee. [/quote] Yeah...I managed to pick up the pace later, but it was too late, Rumble began destroying everyone else, it doesn't help that I build her more tanky than dps, so couldn't keep up with him. He harrased me with the harpoons and whenever I said "fuck it, I'll harrass him" I went in and he flamed my face off :c Fuck that rodent.[/quote]

[/quote] Sounds sketchy to me. Wukong has no way to sustain his health and isn't exactly a supreme duelist. I don't see the Wukong winning that matchup without some jungler help assuming both players have roughly equal skill. Wukong's burst might win him some early trades, but Irelia can just sustain until she outscales him.[/quote]
