I'm quite worried about his potential
as well. He's melee, yet can go range if
he wants to. He has a slow. He can do
damage to tanks because of the ability
to deal damage based on maxed HP. On top
of that, he can also speed up himself, his
allies and one of his abilities. After doing that,
he gains some extra speed when changing stance.

IMHO he needs a buff.
His kit is nice, yes, but his stats are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.
50 AD at level 1 (low low low low LOW, most AP Mids have more)
16 Armor at level 1 (zzz so squishy 2 shotted by
Lee Sin)
0.658 Attack Speed (I think, he attacks SO SLOW without W or items)
Also, his skills seem to do little to no damage early game, so he can really get bullied hard by basically anyone with medium - high range.

His base stats are ****, yeah. But the second he hits level 6 he gets to zone the hell out of any champion in top lane (where he'll most likely be) Honestly, name 5 common top lane champions that would compete with a ranged auto attacker.
Okay... Nevermind... XD
I just think that he's gonna be quite the pain in the ***.

it gives him max as and 70/85/100/115/130% ad on each hit for 3 hits.
