Well ****. I am stuck in it and I can't do anything about it. I like to play jungler in ranked games and I just never managed to carry 4 feeders. I've tried so hard with Olaf and Naut but it just won't happen. The game ends with a defeat on my screen and me being the only one with a good score on my team.
If I play solo top, bot either sucks, feeds, or carries **** all. If I jungle no matter how much I feed my lanes, they just plainly suck and me feeding them did nothing. If I play mid, well ****, I can't play mid. If I support, I get a fail carry that can't last hit and no matter how much I save his *** and feed him kills, he thinks he's super man and starts 1v5 the enemy team and gets wrecked.
I just don't know what to do anymore. My ElO is pure garbage, it's 772. It goes up when I win games with friends, but as I solo queue it goes downhill again. I sometimes feel to play like solo queuing for fun, then the game finishes with me being completely disappointed.
I need some help. How the hell can I carry 4 scrubs to victory with a jungler? (either olaf, naut, or lee sin, I haven't tried jungle tryn in a ranked yet)
If your teammates are really that bad you can only assume the enemy team is just as terrible. If your not able to defeat players as bad as the teammates you describe your in the correct elo. Solo que is designed around carrying, it is not 5v5s. Do not confuse the two, you can only rely on yourself in solo que. Take mid, its the best lane for supporting your entire team while your ahead.
On the note of jungle, I recently read a amazing Twitch guide by our very own Phoenix0000ff. If your having trouble 'carrying' your team TRY TWITCH. His red buff ganks are insane and he snowballs out of the jungle with ******ed strength. Omg,

+Rep me if i'm useful!
Solution: Don't solo-que.

yep you have a point. I'll only play with minimum one person I know and with skype.
and for jungle twitch, I'm super glad he got mentionned. I completely forgot about twitch. I'm for sure gonna buy him and try him out in the jungle.

Thanks to Amazing Monkey for the sig. Just like his name, he's amazing
if you want to improve your elo you should maybe ask people to review one of your replays (i do taht hue), watch streams (eg http://strawhatbro.net/stream/). Now lets stop with the self advertisement and be serious.
Soak up as much lolrelated content as you can and you are sure to have some leaks plugged. Apart from that i might say: play mid /jungle with a high mobility champion that can dish damage and deal with several opponents at one if fed.
Tryndamere jungle is something i would play down there. Noc Ahri Kassadin Hecarim Katarina ...
The trick with both of those positions is ganking and leading your team.
Pick off that overextended botlane (700 elo phew they gonna be overextended 24/7) and ward for your team like a madman since without any doubt you (as a good player i presume) will have by far the most gold in the game.
Make things happen and carry people by getting them fed.
Always tell your team where the opposing jungler is and where they might get ganked/could be out of position.
That is not only a guideline for super low elo but also applies to whats happening at my elo (currently around 1750)
greez sam
PS: do indeed check out my site, there are alot of concepts that might be new to you/help you out

I've just recently climbed from 900 elo to 1300.
I'll give you some tips of what I did that seemed to work.
First and foremost, find a champion that you absolutely love and can play better than any other champion. For me it's Ezreal. I played him wayyyy before the pfe craze. He has been my main for months and I know him inside and out.
My games now typically go something like this. Dunk on their bottom lane. Take tower when I feel like I've gotten as fed as I'm going to get in lane. Turn into team leader and organize a push while I am so far ahead. End game.
HOWEVER you don't always get that spot you want, so its important to know(well) atleast a couple of champions for each lane. My strategy for this is: Learn a generally hard to counter champion. Then learn the champion that best counters your chosen champ for when the opponent steals your champ. (I do this with ashe and ezreal)
DON'T BE/GET GREEDY. Greed is the only worthy opponent in this game. This is the #1 culprit of a bad play/player.
DO NOT QQ/RAGE. I literally don't say anything in game except. "PUSH" and "dat ez" or "focus xx" The more time you spend typing the less you can do. It distracts you AND your team, and generally doesn't help anything at all.
Being team leader is a good trait. I normally pull it off with nothing other than spamming pings on objectives. Team leader is a good thing, but make sure you stay focused on whats in front of you.
Might add more later.

If you play junglers go for CC junglers.
Amu, naut wouldn't rly recommend ali for low elo since well.. if you go ap(ish) mumu you can carry kinda singlehandly. Your team will engage once they see your damage.. or after you are dead but well that'll be enough in most cases.
For AD just play sth that stomps the lane -> graves, trist, corki
Top I'd suggest some pubstomping/snowballing champs as well --> nida, darius, irelia, riven
Support --> blitz/lux (did this from unranked too 1500 and now, 1700, from time to time)
for mid well.. doesn't rly matter I think
