Did the change make Xin Zhao Viable/OP?
ap xin? no. his only damage move has a big cooldown and his heal is countered by ignite and the fact you have to attack 3 times, making as a must if you want to be ******ed.

Trinity Force increases the damage of his charge(ap+proc) in, increases his as (he procs 3 strikes faster) and also increase his heal(on 2 ways). I think it fits him perfectly with that ratios. And because of his natural high as he easily procs the slow. Crit and MS is nice aswell. Finally, the new Xin needs mana more than before, so the mana helps aswell. HP and AD are nobrainer.
He uses every stat of Trinity Force well and that is why it is the perfect item for him.
Obviously, if you go Trinity Force on a tanky dps, you want Warmog's Armor aswell.
And if you get Warmog's Armor, Atma's Impaler is a nobrainer.
Finally some MR, so Wit's End or Maw of Malmortius would be nice. But I think Wit's End fits Xin more than Maw of Malmortius, because his kit is more based onto AS and not AD.
Aswell, Black Cleaver seems to be a good item for him. His passive % armorreduction is applied first, and then Black Cleaver second. So he could even reduce some into negative armor. This would help especially the ad-carry to murder tanky deeps.

Atmog's is situational. I only would build it if I needed the chain vest to win my lane. I would get a thirster after Tforce if I'm not getting focused to maximize sustain and damage, as Xin you are a DPS first and tanky second.
