So, is Xin ban worthy now?

Also its 15% on one target tell me why xin would be going for tanky dps with lots cc. Armor hp still counter him.[/quote]

[[Jayce]] off of the top of my head is a champion with the type of stuff needed, xin cant land his 3 Qs as hes shot back after he hops. [[Jax]] is probably the biggest counter you can get, as you can nullify his Q damage with your dodge and kill him very easily after that. I have also had sucess in [[Yorick]] with the ability to poke from a range, sustain off his harass, and stop him from getting his triple Q with my W. Activate [[counter strike]] when he starts [[three talon strike]] (or whatever the coding is?) when he's about to knock up on the third hit activate counter strike again for the stun. Also ganks are hilarious on Xin. No escape whatsoever resulting in an insta-[[flash]] everytime. The only way he's ever been a threat to me in top lane is if he rushed armor like [[randuin's omen]] or [[frozen heart]].[/quote]
