Nearly any ranged champ has atm a poking tool:

Volley, Buckshot, Piltover Peacemaker, Phosphorus Bomb, Stand Aside...

Well, Tristana has way more range and safety than Twitch and her skills aren't skill shots.

Vayne has short range, but she is way more mobile than Twitch and her skills aswell aren't skillshots.

If you're using Stand Aside to poke, you have a serious problem. And with all the incredible buffs to Twitch his auto attacks do just fine.
