Ashe can win games with her ulti.
Just don't feed in lane, then use your ulti like a boss. Try your hardest to hit their carries with your arrow in a teamfight. 3.5 second stun is long enough for literally an entire 5v5 fight to be decided, and if they don't have their AD carry laying out damage the whole time, it's really hard for your team to lose said fight. Don't send your arrow randomly in every time. If there is a fed wukong, it can be just as effective to take him out of the fight early.
DON'T SHOOT YOUR ARROW CROSS MAP. I know chaox does it, but hes like 2500 elo.
Don't buy catilyn. She is outdated and get outperformed regularly unless you reallly reallllly dominate your lane.;

***** please, all you need is a sense of direction and your lane target to be held in place by your colleague. I've done it 1000 times with a 60% success ratio (counting the time I hit their noct jungler by accident and he died in the dark shroud of the jungle).
