Eh, I played Rumble pre and post patch and the damage difference isn't that big except if your opponent decides he/she wants to go for you while Q is on (and then Q.Q about how op rumble is). Wtv, they're augmenting the time I need to harass before I go and murder.

You mean grr Morello grr. Phreak is just the community specialist. he's there to play test, make spotlights, and play people as junglers with trinity forces and do tons of damage. Morellos the one who has the end say in the NERFS and buffs.
