Im reading a guide about getting out of ELO hell
now there is one thing i dont understand that the guy sais:
-Matching 1st time ranked player against players having 300 games and the 1st timer is your team leader. Your leader chose to first ban Jax and picked to lane master yi with a long sword starting. When he calls solo, you are about to cry...
I Do know that Jax is the best Counter to Yi but i don't get what this guy is trying to say
Another question: Counter banning. is it when you ban a Champ that is easily countered by the champ that was banned by the enemy team. or is it when you Ban Champion that counteres the champ the enemy banned
For Example: the enemy bans Fizz so you ban Teemo thinking that they banned Fizz because he counters Teemo well.

Dude, don't worry about Elo hell, and Elo and all that, that's ranked, you are still level 25...and don't read any guide, I don't know what you're talking about with Jax but that doesn't even make any sense ._.
And no, I don't know what you're talking about, there is no such thing as "counter banning", unless you are talking about banning a champion that would counter a champion/team comp that you want to play...why would you ban a champ that is countered by someone who is banned? Like if they ban Ahri, who counters cassi, why would you ban cassi if now you can play her without worry about getting countered? ... and likewise, if they ban cassi, why the hell would that be reason to ban ahri...
what you are saying makes absolutely no sense, I don't know where you came up with it or read it...lmfao
And to win games, just play who you are good at and know how to work with your team well and accept that sometimes you will have idiots and sometimes you will have to support, etc...

It really amazes me how upset you get when talked down too, but then you always follow up with some agro. You might wanna realize the light your painting yourself in.

Its the manner in which you replied. Also your not one to talk still being level 25. Your farthest away from plat and you don't even realize it yet.

Ok then let me clear everything
1. I apologize (i really apologize) to anyone i pissed of. its natural for people to be self defensive.
2. please dont take this the wrong way BUT just because i am extremely far from platinum, it doesnt mean i dont know the acheivments that are done in ranked.

Anyone is a good champ to carry with if you are good at them. Teemo top is nice because of the constant pushing pressure you can apply in top, but you have to know how and where to shroom, and when to push and when to fight.
Putting out a lot of attacks is good, especially if you are going on-hit, but your only on-hit item was malady, and you didn't have much damage; a lot of attack speed isn't useful if you have no damage for it; keep in mind your poison doesn't stack, just refreshes, so attack speed might not be as useful as you think on teemo. ALSO, make sure you use your gunblade and other active items if you buy them, you can't forget about them!
Shrooms are generally used for map control, they aren't too nukey if you are AD/hybrid but if you have a second to put a shroom down and it won't affect your damage output, do it. Remember, it takes a bit of time to put a shroom down, so if you are putting it down INSTEAD of just attacking you might very well be doing more damage just attacking than spending the time to place a shroom, especially if you can get almost 3 attacks out in a second. Generally you can get a shroom down quickly and only miss an attack, so it might be worth it, but that is up to your discrepancy and the situation; things like this are mostly situational.
