Im Changing the First Post.
Please post here if what you are posting is useful to helping people become better as league of legends players. Don't make any useless posts that flame the thread, try not to go off topic.
I Will be Updating this Post As more things get suggested.
Here is what has been Covered here so far:

1. Constantly last hit creeps, it would be ideal to have 100 cs at 12 - 15 minutes
2. Go back when you go OOM or when you are very low health and no potions, DON'T BE A HERO, Better safe then dead.
3. Go back Constantly and Buy items with the gold you accumulate
4. Don't be reluctant about your killing power, if you can kill someone, DO IT.
(Of course don't jump into a group of players because you know you can kill 1, That is very foolish)
5. Ignite is the Second best spell in the game. Flash is Number 1 of course.
6. Use Smart casting, it will improve your speed at casting spells
7. Communication with your team is crucial to winning, you want to be nice
8. At the start of the game, Learn the skill that is best for Farming Quickly

That's all i could See looking through all this, if i missed something tell Me
Sadly i am not able to change the title of the thread or anything like. the title is interesting though.

I get 40 kills per game anyway when playing an ad carry

That completely screws over supports. And the current system in general, what with the separate assist pool.

Bad Idea is bad. This would totally screw some people over also in team games(ranked 5s ect) people will try and feed buffs to certain people. example: both junglers have double buff and gank mid the jungler would try and get the mid lanner to kill the other jungler for the double buffs putting them ahead. Also a lot of people give kills to the carries sure sometimes you get that one guy who trys to KS everything but, you still get assist gold which isn't bad. Also as mentioned above what if your a support who SHEILDS the carry so they don't die but does 0 damage now you don't get gold? To many problems with this idea, but I see what you were trying for.

That just reminded me of when Blood Scent granted you assists on every champion it activated on. I miss those days.

The whole KS concept is something that never ceases to amaze me. It's a team game and if your teams score goes up why wouldn't you be happy about it? If a player can let himself wait for KS then you probably already have large advantage otherwise it doesn't really matter that much. A kill is a kill, the whole team benefits.

what if u just need to secure a kill while using ur ult,summoners whatever?
and btw whats ks?
dunno how low ur elo is but ppl dont even complain about "ks" in normal games

If you're playing in games where you get 40 kills every game, that's something to be said about why the people you play with complain about KS.
