Atm she's a bad champion. The only real reason that she is still played is because people don't work together and that people are stupid. She needs the rework and, god, a model rework.

actually this will make her more consistent, and she will be much better in team fights especially if she is having a "meh" game. katarina is one of those champions that will either do well all game long, or fall flat on her face and not be any help. She will be an effective AoE Assasin with this rework.

Agreed but I think this ability rework thing makes her just slightly better, she will still be a one-trick-pony.
