GAME #3:

Bans:

Alistar / Morgana
Malphite / Shen
Shaco / Darius

Music of Choice:

Childish Gambino (Unnecessary)

Summary:

Was looking to go TF mid while NG Lord went top with Kennen, opposing team picks Ahri mid and I know she can devastate me, so I ask Kennen to go mid while I face Jarvan IV top. Surprisingly, it worked out really well. With good ganks from Lee Sin, I was able to get ahead of J4 for the early-mid game. Once the team fights started is where our downfall occured. Bad positioning by most of team, including me, caused their Amumu and Blitzcrank to pick us off one by one and really hurt our team fighting. We had the power to run them over, but our initiating was always off and it killed us in the end.

MVP:

Amumu by beavinator44

Amumu in the late game directed most team fights and did so with perfectly timed Ultimates and his presence in fights while doing percentile damage was a big hit on our team's HP and morale. Amumu's ability to keep being a distracting force in fights caused myself and our heavy-hitters to focus attention on him, when we should have been targeting Ahri and Ezreal. Amumu certainly did his job today.

Total ELO:

1029

Total ELO Gain/Loss:

-9

Once again the early void staff? Why not just wait with that. Get death cap and lich bane, then maybe void is my suggestion.
If you for some reason want to follow my ranked journey to gold, you can do it Here.

I am against asking for rep, only rep me if you think I contributed well or said something wise.

GAME #4:

Bans:

Morgana / Shen
Malphite / Blitzcrank
Shaco / Alistar

Music of Choice:

Audioporno (Choo Choo - Bloody Beetroots RMX)

Summary:

I was looking to take a break from playing Mid, and I had recently went 6/7/29 as Leona earlier today, so I decided to go Support, which didn't take much persuading from the rest of the team. NG Lord went Yorick top against the Lee Sin and proceeded to not let him do anything. This gathered the attention of the enemy Nautilus from most of early game, which let me and Vayne down bot do serious work and ridded them of their tower in around 9 minutes. After pushing the lane to their second tower, I went up and helped Yorick get more kills against Lee Sin to render him useless for most of the game. After taking multiple Dragons and a Baron, we ultimately pushed through their towers and claimed victory.

MVP:

Yorick by NG Lord

With Seven Kills, a complete domination of Top Lane against Lee Sin, and not a death in sight: NG Lord's Yorick played dominantly and never let up for the entirety of the game. His ghouls made work of anyone on their team, with only Nautilus being able to take the full combination of ghouls front force.

Total ELO:

1046

Total ELO Gain/Loss:

+8

If I remember correctly, it wasn't early as it looks, I believe I got it after the Deathcap, but I buy HP Pots a lot, so it happened to land there in my build after my HP Pots were depleted and I finished the recipe.

GAME #5:

Bans:

Blitzcrank / Diana
Darius / LeBlanc
Shen / Alistar

Music of Choice:

deadmau5 (Cthulhu Sleeps)

Summary:

I love Malphite. I never get to play him nowadays since he's usually banned, but I went solo'ing and somehow at 1046 I was the highest ELO on my team. I had to pick between banning Shen or Malphite as my last ban and I figured the worse of the two was Malphite, so after banning Shen they first pick Draven, so holy moly I finally get a Malphite game! Fiddlesticks took most of early to mid game to try and counter-jungle, but instead of taking my minions, he spent most of the time trying to kill me, which he couldn't do fast enough, allowing my team to kill him and thus counter-jungling himself. Olaf had trouble with Irelia up top, but our Vayne and Karthus got so fed it didn't matter what they had, it was just a matter of time before we finished them off.

MVP:

Soraka by BanhMi

Soraka doing what she does best: keeping everyone alive during fights. I have to give her most of the credit for me only dying once that whole game, the amount of heals late game was staggering, and helped us counter the damage of Irelia, Draven, and Fiddlesticks.

Total ELO:

1066

Total ELO Gain/Loss:

+28

When you were jungling malphite, you got wriggles lol.

Tank jungles like Malph, Naut, etc. don't need wriggles or double doran's; just go straight into philo and hog and boots and aegis. Basically build support when you play those types of champs.

Thanks to TRUeLM, Plastictree, Scrax, Xiaowiriamu, foggy12, JahGFX, jhoijhoi, msrobinson, JEFFY40HANDS, Nyoike, MissMaw, and me :) for the sigs!
