Eh, one of the fun things to do with eve is gank through brushes while remaining inviz to minions. That's usually how I start: boots + 3 pots, red, wraiths (e + q), go botlane and then initiate like a beast. I may skip wraiths if our support started with a stun, so I get there and all are level 1.
I usually take exhaust too.

I play eve as my main. that being said i play twisted tree line. She rapes in 3v3 because of her speed, ganking ability and burst damage.
The constant proximity to the base with the speed overcomes her natural squishyness because you can go back to base in be back within 20 seconds. I rush trinity force followed by a gunblade (i play her hybrid). game usually never gets further than that.
Id say I have a 2.5/1 win ratio with her. but that being said she is not viable for ranked TT or even normal summoners rift if the team has heard of focusing.

Twitch's expunge was extremely weak and too expensive to use as a harass ability in lane. Not to mention his base damages feel incredibly low (to me but they probably aren't)....Oh and his ultimate isn't even as good As Vayne's who can probably focus down 2 enemies with her simple single target DPS before Twitch can even kill 1 with his ultimate+Expunge combo. His stealth is incredibly situational now, so I wouldn't be surprised if they buffed him even more soon so he can actually be an ADC assassin.
