21/0/9 much better imo.
There are some reasons why you should explain your downvote. Saying just that makes you look like complete idiot (no offense) and teaches me nothing. Explain WHY those are better than my masteries and I might do something about it.
Cheat sheet - 8/10
Content - 9/10
The appearance of your guide can use some work. Centering can be on the video and lots of the icons, spacing could also be better throughout the guide. The yellow divider doesn't fit very well into the guide and makes it look worth imo. Banners can help too.
I don't really like getting a
Content seems fine, I didn't read through the whole thing, but you covered the necceseties.
Remove tbc, it’s garbage on cait.
Get 2-3 lifesteal quints, they’re real strong
Not getting your net till 4 is really risky i wouldn’t recommend it.
Don’t get blade on cait, the damage it offers is just subpar compared to everything else.
Ignite is bad on cait. You outrange it with your aa’s.
Blitz and leona are both pretty bad with cait, you don’t want to all in. Prefferably you just wanna poke the enemy.
No mention of lulu/nami?
Pm me or post in my thread for responses
I'm gonna start with the basic build and transition into the guide itself, ie: how to play caitlyn. Here goes:
Starting with the first items: If you want to start Doran's blade, it's not determined by your support, etc, though having a sustainy support is nice, but rather bringing lifesteal quints. If you have 3 lifesteal quints, you can start dorans whenever you want. I wouldn't rush boots. I'd try to get an BT or IE first. BT if you need the sustain and will be in lane more. IE if you're winning outright and want to go back to lane and all in your opponent. Picking up an IE and a vamp scepter is optimal if you are winning though. Offensive options are good, though I almost always pick up PD over Stattik Shiv on caitlyn. That's personal preference though, and if you want to push or teamfight. BotRK is situational, and you must remember that. Instead of warmogs under defensive items, a Frozen mallet is actually really good because it gives a bit of AD and slows your opponents. Barrier is also a really strong summoner spell and I take it over ignite a lot. I see you do too, which is good :)
Your laning partners and opponents section is kind of incomplete. You need to include more supports and enemy adcs and the gameplay section is very short. You need to talk about how to play caitlyn at all times of the game rather than just include basic game knowledge that's important for every champion in every role. Though it's good that you do, you really need to add more and get specific with it. As in, exactly how do you lane. When should you play aggressive or passive. When should you go for dragon. How to position yourself. When to use your net in a fight and when to tell your team to peel for you rather than not.
OVERALL: I can't vote on the guide, but i certainly won't give it a downvote. If you add more about how to play caitlyn on the rift, send me a message and I'll come back and check it out, and we'll see where we can go from there.

Readability (2.5/3)
You could make that:
Content (4.5/6)
Your recommendation of mercurial is a bit odd, because I think you should only take it against suppresses. If they have lots of stuns, just grab cleanse and a warmogs instead.
Also, wits end and sunfire get beaten by hexdrinker and randuins omen all day.
Others (0/1)
Final score: (7/10)

I was about to give you 6.5/10, but I decided that the things I mentioned on items are very minor, therefore changed it to a 7 and a direct upvote.
I'd mainly have a look at the alternatives. Both for items and runes.
Still, no path of the saint for you >:D
Only real pros get that one.
For that, you will need a matchup section, banners, some other **** to make your guide special.
Go wild! Yeah! :D
