Awesome guide, especially the lane freeze part ! I can't believe I never relied on it when my wards got cleaned top and ended up with no vision..I could have lane froze near tower and not actually lose cs or get surprise ganked by a flash-CC combo :P
But just a quick question, let's say if all 5 players of my team have read your guide for example, or got similar advices from other sources. It means all 5 of us will try to be a leader, which might result in...you know, people not agreeing ?
Another thing, I noticed when I tried your strategy that some roles give the player better influence on the team than others...I mean no one listens to the support ! A support even if he knows what should be done just can't force a decision because in low-mid elo he is always seen as the least important player :/ Unlike the jungler who gets involved with all lanes, he gets more attention and actually get to lead people into the right plays !

In most pro teams the support is the one calling the plays since he has better map awareness and objectives timing.
If you show them early that you are making the right calls they will listen.

If you for some reason want to follow my ranked journey to gold, you can do it Here.
I am against asking for rep, only rep me if you think I contributed well or said something wise.

I didn't make the lane freeze video, it's pretty common knowledge post 1200 elo, i just found a video bout it on youtube and put it in.
If everyone tries to be the leader it's a good thing.
Everyone being the leader will result in communication throughout the team, this means everyone will be trying to make plays, only problem is if you disaggree. If it ends in disruption throughout the team then that's of course a problem. If it happens go with the majority. 3 guys doing a "bad" baron? Help them - it might just work.
I don't know what you mean with support being less valued, make good plays and they'll listen to your good calls. If they don't listen to your calls then you probably aren't making good ones.
Ty MM and Blood for the sigs :3 | Rammus is comming back - heard it here first!

This guide would be nice if anyone ever listened to each other in solo queue
They do if you get fed early. People's minds there go for "guy with lots of kills = best among us".

People listen to the guy with most kills, AND the guy who makes good calls. If you play support and your lane mate rushes in with 1/4 health (happens to me all the time...), after you told him to B, then dies, one of two things will happen. He'll flame you, or he'll listen to you next time. If he flames, nobody will respect him, and that puts you higher on the leadership ladder. If he listens to you, others will follow suit.
That being said, it's still hard to "carry" with a support. You can't rely on your teammates too much.
