The Brutalizer is bad on him ... His Q doesn't apply ArPen. Unless you are talking top laner, in which case I guess it's ok on him.I dunno, I've been playing him as an assassin, in fact, pretty much the same as Rengar. You just have to switch items around to compensate for not having bonetooth necklace.
I've been playing him jungle, so I'm tempted to say
Trinity Force is too expensive. However, Frozen Mallet is a little redundant because of his passive. What do you guys think?Also, what abilities do people evolve? I'm been evolving Q, then R, then E. Just interested.

I think Q and jump are completely vital in terms of evolving. As for The Brutalizer, I assume part of it is because he's an assassin, and all assassins work through bursts. You're trying to deal as much damage as possible in one go (therefore bypassing armor), and the CDR helps if they try to run away.
Is it the best item on him? I don't know. I simply don't play AD Assassins. However, I assume that it should be good if you started off well and want to stomp your lane opponent, forcing him to spent his meager gold income in items to attempt to stop you.
