AS bug in game?

Also I don't have [[Ezreal]]'s [[Essence Flux]] casted on me, or any other AS amplifying abilities. Can someone look over this, and tell if I'm just herpderping around and missing something, or if this is really is a bug that should be reported to Riot. Thanks![/quote]
