Lucorian5, nearly everyone agrees on maxing q first, it is a much shorter cool down, and in an engage you can use it 2-3 times, wheres e is only available once and it can be dodged or cancelled so it might end up doing a half or even a quarter of its full damage, which is never a problem for the spear.

Not too fond of the fact that you're lacking a Last Whisper.

Lucorian5, your opinion is not reason to downvote, and let me explain why its not terrible:
u're top line, in order to dominate the line is by poking enemy which forces them to back off or even to B, which leads underfed opponent till midline which brings u to easy kills which gives u power lategame, which gives u win :) next time don't downvote for no reason please, thx

again, don't tell more experienced people what to do. By maxing Heartseeker Strike first you will do a HELL of a lot more damage; which will let you kill the enemy as opposed to "poking" them which can be countered with health pots, or it could just be a champ like Garen or Xin Zhao with built in sustain. Killing them will make them more underfed then poking them wouldn't you agree? I have very good reason to downvote, please think before commenting.

you max Spear Shot first, TERRIBLE idea, as it will make you do less than half your potential damage, and I would recommend being level 30 before making a guide, as opposed to trying to teach more experienced people how to use a champion.

I would recommend avoiding the warmogs, pantheon is not a tank. A bloodthirster is a great alternative. If you are laning against a squishier top champion without sustain such as teemo or eve I would recommend a meki pendant, and health pots to let you harass them down with your q, and move into for the kill with the combo.

I think there should be alternative builds for other situations, or simply, some alternative itens.

A well-rounded build that uses item build and skill sequence to maximize his strengths and counter his weaknesses. Easy enough for a beginner to understand and effective enough to be used by players of any level.
