Super high while holding space (super speed) and talking on the phone. A deadly combination. @Temzilla : I caught Growlithe after the bellsprout tower. You can find him on route 39 (in the brushes right beside the tree pokemon, sudowoodo I think is his name. It,s located west of the city, north of Unown cave.
