Things looked mostly ok, you seemed like you were trying really hard to emphasize some points throughout the guide, consider adding green for positive emphasis, red for warnings, and orange for emphasizing other important things.

Adding some colors and formatting will make your guide much easier to read. Check out jhoijhoi's Guide to Making a Guide for some pointers on how to go about this. :)

As it currently sits. The guide needs a lot of work. Your wording is highly confusing, and quite frankly doesn't make much sense. I won't downvote and let you work on it some more. But its freey rough atm.

thanks for the input. Your comment was coherent and eloquent. This guide is primitive now, but I plan to put in code and many reasons which I recommend the things I use.

Build 1 and 2 are ok but build 3 is just horrible. First of all, Veigar does not need Mejai soulstealer for ap since he can farm with his q and can easily be replaced for zhonya hourglass.
You don't really explain how to properly use his skill and you don't offer any situational item like banshhe veil or guardian angeln only saying to get armor or MR if the enemy team is either as or ap respectivly. I understand that this is your first guide and if you plan on updating it, here's a link that can help you:
