I have some recommendations on your Ashe build.

for a start you need to add one last item to the item build as you only have five ending items, try adding a Phantom Dancer in-between Infinity Edge and Last Whisper. Also you could add two Doran's Blades blades then a Vampiric Scepter in-between Berserker's Greaves. Also at the start, add another Health Potion.

For the runes, I would personally have nine Greater Marc of Strength, nine Greater Seal of Armor, nine Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist and three Greater Quint of Strength

With the ability sequence, It seems all over the place. You will want it more like this: instead of
Also the counters in the Intro are pretty right wrong. Ashe is actually strong against Skarner. The champions who are strong against Ashe are Graves, Ezreal, Master Yi, Sivir, Draven, Vayne, Urgot, Caitlyn and Blitzcrank
(Where the ones you listed are annoying to play against it wont make you wish the match would just end so you can cuddle up with your Tibbers teddy bear and start to cry out the the heavens...)

On the Pros/Cons, You have taken some of this from theashes to ashes build. noticed it when you said - Painfully slow initial movement speed. Which is word to word of what jhoijhoi said. I also noticed it from the subjects covered inside the pros and cons, such as No in-built counters.

Due to Hawkshots short active length of 5 seconds it is more of a short range Clairvoyance than a ward that lasts 3 minutes.
