Downloaded it and I must say; It's a really great program. But I don't understand why you would want to use a link to get the masteries. It's almost simpler to just add them to the program yourself.
Thanks for posting this thread though, now I never have to change masteries manually again :D
I was kinda fast at it though. I could do it in below 15sec, but boy is that stressful..

"Blizzard spoke thus; Thou shalt not BM. And the players replied Nay, I shall Play my hand with Lethal already on the board. And so Blizzard sent unto them this Brawl of Yogg, As a lesson for their sins of Pride and Greed, for he is the Prophet of Madness and RNG. On that day, the tavern descended into an era of chaos and darkness, until the weekend passed and everyone forgot all about it. Amen. Book of SMOrc, Verse 20, Chapter 4." - Feam T

Thanks for the responses:
@Matt (Well, if it's something the users want, we can do it.)
Makes sense!
@Jebus (Ace Client does have a program for this)
The big difference is that AutoLoL does not change anything in the LoL client. It just reads pixel data and automates your mouse accordingly.
@Searz (What exactly will that mean for mobafire? What features will it add?)
For now the best improvement would be the ability to download masteries from a mobafire build and open them in AutoLoL. We do support importing from mobafire, but it's very slow and error prone.
Sounds like mobafire needs some sort of XML interface to read build data, that way it wouldn't be tied to any single tool but available for everybody. The problem is that we'd need a unique and universal way of identifying items/skills/masteries, we'd probably have to use the exact ingame name for this.

You get the idea.
