The Nuzlocke Challenge

[quote=Taruzard]My Fire Red game is over, after a whole day of training 3 new pokemon, only for them to die in freak accidents, I focused on the Fantastic Four for a bit, and decided to try the Pokemon League, because my copy of White 2 arrived. My team: [[Poppy]] Vaporeon 58 [[Maokai]] Vileplume 57 [[Shyvana]] Charizard 56 [[Gragas]] Snorlax 57 Lorelei was first, and I managed to defeat her without too much trouble. Bruno came next, swapping Charizard first because he has Fly to deal with Fighting.. So Bruno starts with Onix. I manage to take it out by swapping to Vaporeon, switching back to Charizard when Hitmonchan appears. Using Fly, Charizard misses on the attacking turn, and then gets critically hit by Hitmonchan's Rock Tomb, as if Rock Tomb wouldn't have already just one shot the Charizard. [[Shyvana]] died. [[Poppy]] used [[Diplomatic Immunity]] on Bruno, and defeated the rest of his team without taking a single hit. Agatha came next, her only real dangerous pokemon was the first Gengar, as the other Gengar and Haunter only had Ghost moves which [[Gragas]] could tank being Normal type. I had to switch and spam potions alot on the first Gengar, though. His Sludge Bomb was strong. After came Lance, his first pokemon was Gyarados, swapping [[Poppy]] out for [[Maokai]], to which he switches out to Dragonite. I use Acid, not wanting to switch out incase of something going wrong, to which it does. Dragonite uses Hyper Beam, and crits, taking out [[Maokai]] in the first hit. [[Poppy]] comes in to use Ice Beam, taking down the first Dragonite, Lance sending out Aerodactyl, who also gets an Ice Beam to the face. Gyarados comes out again, to which I switch to Snorlax, who uses Strength to whittle it down, almost being defeated by a Hyper Beam, but Rest is OP with a truck load of Full Heal. Out comes the last Dragonite, which goes down swiftly to Ice Beam. Last challenger is Gary, all I have left are [[Poppy]] and [[Gragas]].. He starts with Pidgeot, which Ice Beam almost takes care of.. Ice beam has 0 PP, Surf has 0 PP, Hydro Pump has 0 PP... I switch to Gragas, Strength 2 PP, Earthquake cant hit Pidgeot, Surf 13 PP. Strength takes it down, and he sends out Arcanine, who is beaten in a few Surfs. Then comes Exeggcutor. I realise I can't do anything to this guy. I have no PP restores for Ice Beam. I use my last Strength, and then spam Earthquake, with Exeggcutor in the red hp as [[Gragas]] falls. [[Poppy]] is helpless with 0 PP, as she also gets wiped out ; ; That's the final chapter of my Fire Red Nuzlocke. White 2 arrived, so I'm going to be starting on that. I've started with Oshawott (Water Starter, for those who don't know the newer generation), named [[Urf]], and have caught Patrat (Rattata), who I have named [[Twitch]] in honour of my old Twitch, a Sewaddle (Basically Caterpie but has higher evolve levels) who I named [[Kha'Zix]], and an Azurill (Marill's baby form) named [[Tristana]].[/quote]

I've got Thunderbolt on my Dragonair anyways, so I don't think it's that necessary..[/quote]
