Spell Vamp/Slow is kinda out of date for her now (according to Wrath, he has more experience with her than I do). But he usually builds

Those items (Hextech+Rylais) being out of date mainly pertains to the fact that she doesn't fully rely on her ultimate anymore as much as she used to so keeping them in the ultimate while useful isn't as important. More or less you're looking to get resets so you can combo over and over. SO focusing on that you neglect survivability (through health and spell vamp) and more or less build as much damage negating as much of the enemy resists as possible.
