swain wins to kat pre-6 and loses hard vs her. Play fidd, leblanc, or cho mid vs kat.
Ice, what Jeff said is on the ball. Tbh tho I don't usually get GA, I get Zhonya's for more damage :D and the stasis is usually more than enough extra clutch survivability, you shouldn't need GA if you get ZH and have good positioning.
Right now my guide info is outdated but the builds are right, I'll update it if not tonight later this weekend.

I lol'ed. Total of katas I've lost mid to out of 1000 as Swain: 1. Why did I lose? greedy ****. And it was pre-change kata.
Why does she lose if no jungler appears? Outdamaged, outsustained, outpoked, burst not enough for 1 combo kill.
