Where should I start... first of all, did you know that olaf needs CDR? I dont see any CDR there, which makes your Reckless Swing way less useful. Next thing is why would you put Greater Quintessence of Life Steal on Olaf? He has enough HP steal from Tough It Out and Vampiric Scepter. Then there are the summoner spells, Ghost might be okay combined with Ragnarok when you need to escape, but Teleport its mostly for backdooring. You could choose Exhaust or Ignite for early kills. And I think Flash> Ghost.
But whats the worst, those items... the only you got right was Atma's Impaler.
