Not myself, but like GMD said, my friend was playing AP Teemo once and he got one-shot from full HP by a fed Veigar with
Primordial Burst, and he told me his death recap said he'd died in 0.00 seconds. This is because the death recap records how much time occurs from the first tick of damage to the death. If you take your first tick of damage at exactly 34:23:49, and die at 34:23:49 because you died in one hit, then you literally died in 0.00 seconds.
You can also die from much less stuff than primordial burst in 0,0 seconds.
Get attacked till 1 hp. Don't get hurt for 20 seconds. Taric AA's you for 50 dmg.
0.00 seconds 50 dmg.

Stupidly, it's more likely for Veigar to one-shot you from 100% HP than for that to happen. :P

1000 magic resist would be mitigating like 90% of your damage though. Unless you had 2000 AP it's unlikely you would have been able to kill someone with 1000 magic resist. But like I said, maybe it doesn't apply to people that have been afk from the very start of the game, only to people that were playing then got DC'd.
