So basically this item is an attempt to make melee ADCs relevant? Or is the "melee" misleading and it works for ranged too?
it only works for melee. they are working to make it unpurchasable for champs that are ranged.
it also will not work if you change to be ranged, ie: nidalees human or jayces cannon stance, and kayles fury. obv though it will work if you are melee and your ranged spell procs on hits, like gps parrrley.
