I had a look at his comment/vote and your reply to it.
One thing I can offer you as advice (I made this new Mobafire account recently to match with my fresh start in LoL), looking at your reply, is not to flame the people who review your guide, or at least try to put your reasoning in a fashion that doesn't make it a "You're horribly wrong." "No, YOU are horribly wrong." argument.
Chances are if the downvote to the guide was for one of the above reasons, and not for actual constructive purposes, they aren't going to care about what you say anyway, and if they would have considered the math, then the flaming rage of "you're wrong" scared them away.
If you want a true representation of your guide here on MOBA, I would also suggest (bear with me, this isn't exactly advertising) tracking down some great authors in the community, or others reputed to give real constructive feedback, and are open minded. Just search around in the comments of your favorite guides, make a copy and paste letter of "Hey, mind to review my guide? Here's what it's all about!" and just PM constructive critics. Not only will you get better at writing guides, you'll be fishing out people who WILL give you constructive feedback and who WILL check out what else you have to offer as well. The people that we listen to most didn't get there on their own. They had some help too. I hope this helps! Hopefully you can get a better start on the next guide :D
The truth is, there will always be people who downvote a guide or give irrelevant feedback because a)they don't understand the concept of your guide b)they are close minded and will not accept anything similar to or builds upon their OWN builds or c)just trolling cause their trolls.

If there literally is only one comment and it's a downvote, you could archive the guide and make a new one by copying and pasting your work.
When/if you release a new guide, check out this forum a bit more and ask for a review from the review threads. Lots of us here will help you out if you're dedicated to getting to know MobaFire better.

He justified this downvote along the lines of "leveling W first is wrong. You do more damage with Q" - I have just replied, in my post running the maths which proves him wrong.
Can anything can be done about that? I'm not annoyed about the downvote as such, if there's constructive feedback we all gain from it, but a downvote due to blaitantly incorrect information is damaging to anyone else who reads my guide.
Thanks for reading.
