If you die, I'm pretty sure GA activates first while the Yorick ult is on you. I dunno if the ult deactivates immediately, if not and you die while still ulted by Yorick, passive will take place first. Finally, Yorick ult (no passive attached).
I'm considering Mordekaiser's ult on karthus as standard for priority: Karthus' passive always kicks in first, then he dies and Morde gets his child of the grave. Guardian Angel prevents death, so it wouldn't allow either Yorick's ult or Karthus' passive to kick in.

I actually just happened to click along this, lol. If you are
Anivia, you will first go into egg, before
Zilean's ult and GA. If you happen to be
Karthus or
Kog'Maw your passive will only proc when you are dead (so after
Zilean's ult/GA). When you normally would have died,
Yorick's ult kicks in (so after your passive has expired). Same goes for
Mordekaiser's ult.

By this, you mean if you play Karthus and all the other circumstances validate, you can be an untargetable beast in fights for 7 seconds and then you resurrect infliting more pain with the Zilean/Yorick ult? WOW.
I've actually been in this scenario.
If you have all 3, GA+Yorick ult+Passive, they will trigger in that order.
GA will proc and you'll have that small window of revival where you can't be hit. If you die after that, Yorick's ult will go, if it's still on you. After that, you'll die from either being killed in his ult form, or it expiring and your passive will go off.
If Zilean and Mordekaiser are thrown into the equation, it'll go
Chronoshift->
Guardian Angel->
Omen of War->
Death Defied->
Children of the Grave(if it's still on you after your passive goes away that is)
Not a highly practical team comp but, it's real fun to get in ARAMs

My question is, if Yorick ults someone with GA, and that person dies (as in, GA passive will kick in), does the clone from Yorick's ult still exist?
As long as the clone doesn't die or time out, yes.
Sig courtesy of GrandmasterD. Go get your own sig from them. :D
This game is a bit more complicated than a chess match lol.
