Hey there, thanks for coming to mobafire and creating a guide. For a first time guide it's actually a lot better than most, buuuuuuuuuuuuuuut
1- You need to turn on comment to vote to avoid troll votes
2- You need to add A LOT more coding. Read Johi-Johi's guide to making a guide, that will really help so you can do cool things like this:
3- Needs to have a bit more detail. If your not sure what to add pretty much look at any top guide and see what chapters they have.

This is better than most guides, I havn't played ezreal since his 100 nerfs but can you explain that the E and how it will hit, I know it's like closest enemy or something like that, prioritizes champions. It'd be nice to see if you've done any work to make sure it always hits a champion instead of a minion.
Nearest enemy, does not prioritize.

This work for every item/champion/mastery/rune in the game, as long as you spell it right :P
