Did you not understand the entire concept of Riboflavins!?
They can be used to quickly and safely teleport back to your spawn if all of your other nexus towers are surrounded by enemy champions.
Not only that, but if the enemy has purchased an
Oracle's Elixir it can really throw them off if they're trying to chase you - just lead them through the wards and they're bound to accidentally click on one, potentially slowing them and allowing you to reach safety.
Additionally, vision wards add an invaluable stealth detection where it's most lacking inside your base - since an experienced Evelynn player could otherwise very easily abuse this - it's nice to be prepared! After all, it's better to be safe than sorry. Get two wards just in case.

Also, Eve is just too OP, gotta have wards even inside your base in case she stealths in to kill you under your fountain. You MIGHT have a chance if you stun her, but no guarantees, she's pretty OP.
