TTS = Text-To-Speech. If you pop the rcon window (Admin only guys :3), you can write:

tts yourtexthere

Like:

tts Hello! I am Jebus!


And you need to write PRECISELY. Not like "Hi, I'm Jebus", because the computer voice is ******ed :3. Typos' also ruin your sentence. So be thorough when writing :D

Always tempted to rofl copter/beatbox to everyone in the server =x
It's rude though so I just stick to doing it in my friends vent when I go on which is rare.

Also if you read the rules that pops up in your face, you'll see several neat little thingies. I do advise reading them, as ignorance is not an excuse :)
