I'm going to assume that the primary target hit by the red card is going to take 125% extra damage. Simply because the red card's splash is part of a skill. It ought to work the same way as
Lich Bane

In my eyes there is only justice

The primary target will be hit by whatever you have that's not the gauntlet. Everything around the target will be hit by the gauntlet's effect.
EDIT: I think I misread.
If you red card someone with a gauntlet, everyone around the target will take red card's damage, as per red card's effect, as well as gauntlet's effect, as per gauntlet's effect.
If you red card someone and you have
Trinity Force/
Lich Bane they will all take the damage of
Trinity Force/
Lich Bane's respective procs as per the effect of
Pick A Card transforming all the damage of the attack into magical damage.

err, what?
when you red card, you deal the damage in an aoe on your target.
second, iceborn gauntlet will proc on your target, which deals the damage in an aoe.
the other targets are only affected because gauntlet splashes on your target. if you used sheen or any of its other upgrades it would only affect your main target.

he already has a red card. lich bane is just better for the sheen.

Heh, today I've tested this and found out that the secondary targets iceborn hit would not receive the extra damage from gold/blue card the primary target would. Red is the same as you guys mention.
As for runaan's hurricane, I once had hopes that the secondary targets hit would proc gold's stun as it's kinda an on-hit effect. Though I was disappointed when it doesn't, stacked deck wont work as well =[
Some must read and apply logic to succeed!
Riot already confirmed it way before s3 changes hit live:
Runaan's multipe attack count as SEQUENTIAL attacks, if you have an attack modifier that only modifies your NEXT basic attack ofc nothing but the first(main) target will be hit by it.

When I use my rainbow card auto attack.
Does the damage of the whole spell apply on all the targets hit by the slow field?
Or only the target I auto attack on take full damage and the rest take 125% of my ad damage?
