I searched for the matter and oxide was told that it would be shown when it left the new-guide section, mine has now left the "new-authors" section but still isn't shown in high-elo.

I think there's a problem there.

1605 is my top elo and was around the same last season, does that not qualify?

Since your ELO verification lasts for 3 months I think it would be better if you just play 50 games so I'd feel like you were for sure up to date with the current meta.
