I want to go for plat, but I won't be able to play my main champ without risking losing the highest win rate with him in the world QQ

I spent the time to make a gravatar account, and figure out how to set it all up, but it just won't !@#$ing work! It's been days now, I think.
I know it could take up to a week, but I just wish I could know if I messed it up, or it is just... doing whatever it does.
Double check the 'do you want this to be your main avatar' thing
Soliloquy Mode: On.
1) I mainly play tanks, supports and mages. It's always fun to have the occasional person grumbling about I didn't immediately use an ability like a heal or shield or suppress to save them; there are these things called cooldowns or did you think I let you die in front of me because it's fun? Also, when you're on 10%< health and running away from two healthy enemies and I use taunt on them to buy some time for you, that's not an invitation to turn around and put yourself in danger.
2) Being called noob/******/******/idiot/that i eat *** because I make a mistake or screw something up (not being quick enough with the Rammus ball slam and taunt, for example). I'm not the best player and being human I do make errors here and there, but being insulted is hardly going to inspire a person to perform better. There is a difference between giving advice/ pointing something out and being spiteful.
Even if it's someone else being on the receiving end of invective, it harms morale and only makes the person in question feel even worse. They know they made a mistake, they don't need some bastard mocking them for it.
3) I usually play tanks, so I know of this feeling of frustration that is generated when I initiate and my team doesn't follow through. Rolling in as Rammus or flinging someone with Singed/Volibear only to have my 'allies' scatter away in fear is irritating. Even more so when I die in isolation.
Conversely, when I'm not near the team and they start a fight without me (yes, this does happen sometimes, starting a fight without the tank), usually losing due to being outnumbered and then someone (or some people) getting angry at me because I didn't read their mind(s) and immediately appear in the fight.
4) Wards. Buy them. Use them. Not once or twice, but throughout the match.
5) Communication. Learn what it is.
Sorry for all that, I had to get it out.

Alright, I clicked the image I wanted and said "confirm" when it asked if I wanted this to be my main avatar, but... nothing happened.
It still showed me the "Select an image (below) for the selected email (above).
I don't think that it is working for some reason

Two things I hate about SoloQ:
1) I'm two nice. I always let people take their favorite roles even if I was going there, see them fail miserably and just thing "god, how could you..and wtf is that item you bought?";
2) People always ignore me even if I'm first pick. Dood picks Jax vs Rumble when I tell him it's a terrible idea. Second dood takes Orianna vs Pantheon and their jungler is a Jarvan.
People, please know your counters. Please please please.
