Master Yi is surely in tier 2 because of AP Yi xD. We all know Elementz's tier list is 99% based on performances of pro players in tournaments so... Not always ''accurate'' for all Queues (team or solo) and not accurate for all elos. That means a lot of people will disagree with him.
I think it's pretty good. Obviously it CAN'T be perfect but I think it gives a good idea to people of what has the best chance of making you win a game.

Doesn't fit the meta whatsoever. Waaay too late-game and her mid game is terrible. Other AD's can match her burst and most outlane her easily. Her problem is that her abilities only deal magic damage and have no AD scalings.
