theyre changing it so it has less of an affect when ranged champions use it

Last notes, they numbered the slow (for melee or ranged) as 30%. I think the movement speed boots fight it better than tenacity, they reduce slow effectiveness and since the gauntlet creates a field (unlike Mallet which gives a single target) you gotta walk through it.
