Someone's a Harry Potter fan, isn't he?

His E seems pretty overpowered. It's an AoE stun on a 12 second recharge. A Silence probably be better, to be honest - maybe even a Fear.

His Q deals too much damage early game. Try toning down that scaling...

With your ultimate, when you say "gaining wings", does that affect you in any way? Do you float over terrain or something?

tbh i never noticed the harry potter reference until hungarian horntail. (yes i know chinese fireball is a kind of dragon in harry potter)

secondly, i'd say what jebus said. also what jebus said, and i don't understand the wording of the ability power thing.

Yeah, I know there was gonna be some problems with this one, but basically, I have little to no knowledge of dragon species and couldn't find anything that stated this and that dragon species to be stronger than others, and I figured the "Hungarian Horntail" was quite strong from the HP movie, and though; what the heck :D

About the E skill, I was firstly thinking of making it a silence(Because it is something that attacks the ears), however, I figured that might be even sicker in teamfights. Maybe I could reduce the range of it and then make it a silence - which I think I will do.

And the Q, then I don't really know how you can say that, considering Annie's Disintegrate spell which is actually stronger.

About the W skill I spent a lot of time looking for some sort of dragon with especially tough scales, however I couldn't find anything at all, so it just became any dragon's scales. :P

Finally about the ulti and the readability: The gaining wings thing was more something for the visual part; Now I know that that shouldn't be in the description, however I thought it was essential for you, the readers and judges of this Champion as an idea. About the whole 150%-->50% thing, is because I found that it seemed rather UP once just gaining it at lvl 6, since it deals damage only based on your ability power, however once you reach that amount of which is 100 AP, then it becomes OP, which is why the bonus to ability power is reduced to 50%. Now there might still be some problems with this, numberwise, however I just didn't want for someone to have 20 AP at lvl 6 then go ulti and damage 30 total. Perhaps I should make it normal attack damage(But ranged) +50% of ability power. This will make it decently powerfull all the time, however the bonus is still small at early levels. :/ Kind of a tough cookie to crack, this one.

However thanks for your critisisms, I really appretiate it, and would be glad if you could come with some reasonable numbers for some of these skills, as when it comes to UP/OP I don't really know where to put myself.

annies disintegrate is slightly more damaging, but it is single target, while yours hits a line, and does not diminish in the process.

as for his ult, saying it lasts up to twelve seconds, but making it cost mana per second seems strange to me, it might work as a straight toggle, with like an 18 second cool down after deactivation, since usually mana per second cost works like that, I'm not one to figure out balance though
