i hate kennen and that buff is gonna make him played more, his stuns all the time are just so annoying but hopefully were gonna see less blitzcranks because of that nerf and maybe we can ban someone else instead of blitz

Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

I'm glad to see the Feral Scream duration reduction. For a damaging area of effect spell, the silence length was ridiculous.

I have never purchased Triforce and the major reason is the prohibitively high cost for relatively low reward(4000ish gold for a handful of low stat buffs that don't really gel well and some effects that can be obtained with more specialised items?, yeah right). This helps to make Tf a more attractive option.

Yeah alot of these seem... really weird. but i have to love the massive nerf to AP yi, soooooo irritating.
