Well I'll go ahead and just drop this disclaimer because I play a quite a bit of Karma support so not to sound like an arrogant ***, but I know what I'm talking about.

This guide has a tremendous amount of problems. Here are just a few...

• Your explanations are terrible. For example when you explained health yellows you simply said "because more health is good right?" I mean I guess it's better than nothing, but that doesn't tell me anything why you chose the runes over others.
• Your skill sequence is all over the place, it literally doesn't make sense, nor do you explain it. It's flat out wrong also, so let's just say what it is.
• Your items are pretty terrible. No Shurelya's Battlesong? Why you're building Philosopher's Stone. Additionally, don't build Soul Shroud and don't bother with Mana Manipulator, both are terrible items and shouldn't be bought on Karma. Aegis of the Legion is a fine item and I agree with getting it, but none of your last 3 items make sense. Rylai's Crystal Scepter isn't that great, it gives health and AP, but I'd look for something more like Abyssal Mask because it provides MR and AP while also giving an aura debuff which my team would benefit from. Rabadon's Deathcap is a fine item because of her passive but probably won't be able to find an item slot. Will of the Ancients is also another fine item, but not core. Unless you have a strong caster that can benefit from it like Cassiopeia. I also only get this if there is only 1, aka not running double AP.
• your rune selection doesn't make sense and your explanations are terrible

It's just not a very good guide, that's not to say it impossible to fix up, but i think you'd need to actually learn how to play karma support, learn bbc coding (which can be found here, if you do this I'll consider changing my vote, but it will take a lot of work
