Spirit of the Spectral Wraith still sucks i think problem is stats it gives. Ap is fine but spell vamp is not useful on any aps that jungle. Diana does not want spell vamp or fid. So maybe give it another stat besides ap and spell vamp give armor or something and remove spell vamp.
