To make it a bit fair, let me tell you what exactly is wrong with your guide:
Thy sins
1. Nothing maxed at lvl 9
2. "He can be used as an ADC, AP mid, jungler or as a tank (but not very effectively)" If he cannot be used effectively as a tank, than in viability language, he cannot be used as a tank.
3. "No AOE abilities (Alpha strike not included)" Then he DOES have an aoe ability. Remove this con noah :O
4. "Passive is not the best (unless high AD & DPS)" But you ARE building him high AD + DPS :S
5. "Without meditate basing is regularly required" But you DO take meditate early on. So you will have this skill
6. "Personally I don't think this is a very useful spell, as highlander is a better alternative' The effects can stack.
7. "Smite is a must have for junglers. It's cooldown is tiny and it deals true damage, however if you aren't playing jungler you would be mad to take it." Then don't mention this spell.
8. "Personally I never take exhaust on to the battlefield. The effects of it don't last long and it only has 2 main uses; chasing and running away. Flash and Highlander both do these much more effectively." This is probably the best 1v1 summoner spells in game. AD Yi is a 1v1 champ. Conclusion: Exhaust is legit, it might be even a better pick than ignite.
9. Runes, masteries and tactics remain unexplained.
Thy blessing
1. Comment to vote is on
2. Though it is an AD yi build, and I do not fully agree with the skill order, the rest of the build seems "okay"
3. Well structured cheatsheet
4. "Okay" use of coding + structure
Result: Path of Redemption
You have stuff to do.
Next to ShortyHUN, my formatting is not very good, as this is my first guide. I do ought to add more information, which is why I put (under construction) in the title. The skilling order does make sense if you look at the previous in this comment. And seriously, Thornmail is not bad at all. It gives a useful 100 armour as well as a totally amazing unique passive.
Thanks for the comments guys,
Petermination
Not my type.
I've seen strange reasons for downvoting guides but this is ridiculous.
As for the guide itself, I would like if you would be kind enough to explain why you choose the interesting skill sequence I would appreciate it, as I most often max first skill by Lv 9, next by 13 and last by 18. Also,
Greetings from Argentina :)
