I disagree with the antipoker build. Mostly of your counters are AP ranged. They will poke with their abilities, and will do magic damage. Unless the Mres Pwner Build goes for AP counters.

You should probably not just respond to anything you don't like with "WTF" and you should probably extrapolate a little on your guide. (lots of people asking questions going unanswered)

This is tank Garen, you got near to no CC or damage lategame and just KS with your ultimate, which works 100% against your teammates. You need lategame more damage in order to stay any relevant.
