I honestly don't understand why they buffed it like this, cuz it was actually pretty good before lol. Now it gives literally everything you could want.

There are a few champions it's worse on. For example
Renekton and Lee Sin which benefit less from the attack speed actually saw a nerf with the base damage reduced.It wasn't a great change for everyone, but on a whole I think it was an incredibly strong change for most champions

Probably because it was the only counter to HP on AD champions, but lots of champions didn't take it. Now it's good on everyone, so everyone can build BotRK if the enemy team stacks HP.

It's not better, but it's still good on them, and it's just become good on a whole load of other champions which it wasn't good on before.
